Designed and priced with small hobbyists in mind, CabWUZ allows you to decompile a Windows CE CAB file back into its original sources for easy editing. Simply point it at the CAB file and tell it where to Extract it to, and it will automatically regenerate the INF and source files needed to rebuild the CAB using Microsoft's CABWIZ utility.
